I did a job recently for 100 stubby holders (koozies) and wasted a ton of paper and neoprene because of track lines in the artwork??? Direction said preheat3-4 sec press at firm for 8-10 sec @ 375 to 400f. So away I went. My temp was at 385. First few small transfer (same design) went ok. Small detail areas were missing ink. Small lines and dots. Moved onto some others designs. After pressing some more, I decided to pick at the transfers. I was able to scrap off the ink with my finger nail (small detail, lines dots) with little pressure. Is this common with…

Word 2 tha' Herd by biotwist is a fun and bold piece, swarming with elephants covering every last inch of the front, with a single pink specimen over the heart, standing apart from the tight-packed herd while being no less part of it. The concept is simple, showing a raincoated girl carrying an umbrella who parts the rain like a curtain. It's a surreal looking design that feels really classic, with a clarity to the art that makes it all the more appealing. The regular dashes of the rain feel like a pattern, and the placement is perfect because it showcases the concept rather than the pattern (a full shirt print would have done the opposite, in my opinion). I’ve encountered many a Space Invaders parody but none quite like this one. After their revamp, they sold one new design a day, printed on American Apparel, for both men and women, at the titular price of $10. The jury’s still out on whether or not this print extends to the back of the shirt (judging from previous examples, it probably won’t), but it’s still a neat tee either way.
