  I really envy an indie publisher which successfully manage its own fashion business, like having its own clothing line. Sure they will get an initial traction by exposing to its subscriber but only a few stay there and stand strong for some time.   Hello. I was hired by a company 1 1/2 months ago to do embroidery on their new Tajima 6 head machine. It is a new business for them and I have never done embroidery. We have a hoopmaster set up and we are not able to get the shirt logos straight with the hoops. We have to have the hoops loose enough so we can adjust it to look straight. We are producing crooked logos. We have more of a problem with sizes X-Large and bigger. I went to the training for this machine and the trainer said the placements should be straight if you use the hoopmaster. We can't figure out what we are doing wrong.

  Im thinking screen printing is the way i want to go so will be looking for that equipment any particular make of press i should be looking at? Plastisol or waterbased ink or does that depend on my designs? minimum start up costs roughly? gsm of t-shirts for best feel? do i need to have a tunnel dryer or can you cure shirts using a heat press or just the flash dryer? Im in no real rush, im more concerned with gathering information at the moment and preparing to start my business. Thanx

  I didn’t really expect to see My Name is Earl tee popping up on TeeFury as the show has ended. There are always the re-runs. I liked this show for a while but it just got repetitive and boring.
